PE materials are divided into five grades according to the unified international standards: PE32, PE40, PE63, PE80 and PE100.

 

The production of PE pipe used in water supply pipeline is high-density polyethylene HDPE, and the grades are PE80 and PE100 (MRS with Minimum Required Strength).

 

MRS of PE80 reached 8MPa; MRS of PE100 reached 10MPa.

 

MRS refers to the tensile stress intensity of the tube subjected to circumferential stress (calculated according to international standard test).
